Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Windy Willows USA. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Please review the following guidelines:

    •To initiate a return, please contact us at windywillowsusa@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

    •Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

    •Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your method of payment. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

    •We recommend ensuring your return package as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.

Return Process:

       1. Contact us at windywillowsusa@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving  your order to initiate the return process.

       2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

       3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.

       4. Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method of your choice. Please ensure the return package and obtain a tracking number for reference.

       5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: If the returned item shows signs of damage or wear, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee or refuse the return altogether.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All slate ornaments have a no return policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping cost, within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
